SoftBank Vision Fund is the investment arm of SoftBank Group, the Japanese technology conglomerate led by Masayoshi Son. The original $100 billion Vision Fund was the largest technology investment fund in history, and SoftBank continues to deploy significant capital through subsequent funds. SoftBank backed OpenAI's record-breaking Series E round and has invested across AI infrastructure, autonomous vehicles, and robotics.
